DSFAR #32 - Telekinesis

We've not done a gig in chuffing ages, so we're really excited to announce that we'll be promoting a show for Seattle based band Telekinesis! They've been getting loads of awesome reviews for their debut album 'Telekinesis!', produced by Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie / The Decemberists / Tegan & Sara). The band recently signed to the legendary Merge Records in The States and the equally amazing Morr Music over here in Europe, both sure signs of quality. The album is one of the best pop records we've heard this year, sounding like the best bits of The Shins, Death Cab For Cutie and The New Pornographers.

Support for the gig will come from Nottingham's own Red Shoe Diaries
and from London is Thomas J Speight.

Join Us (On Facebook)

I decided it'd be worthwhile mentioning that we've got a couple of Facebook groups that you can join, so that you can keep up to date with our latest events. You can join the Don't Start Feeling All Romantic group, which will keep you up to date with all our gigs and the occasional one-off clubnight we might do. You can also join our group for The Corner Store, which will give you details about the clubnight. Plus if you join everyone will think you're well cool and that.
